Erica began practicing Pilates in 2001 to help strengthen her spine and core. After achieving considerable improvements in strength, alignment, and balance, she experienced first-hand the benefits Pilates has to offer. Erica quickly developed a passion for Pilates which led her to her career as an instructor. Erica’s extensive knowledge of Pilates and knack for motivating others has consistently turned beginners into dedicated Pilates enthusiasts.
With a strong understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, Erica customizes the Pilates method to fit the needs of her clients. She takes great joy in watching her students’ achieve their goals, such as improving strength, flexibility, rehabilitation from an injury, or increasing mind-body awareness. She is eager to learn and always mindful of new trends and discoveries in fitness. She looks forward to her continued growth as a Pilates instructor and sharing her love for the method with others.
